Signed cases start with leads nobody else got.
NextCase Leads delivers exclusive workers' comp and motor vehicle accident leads to law firms. About 2,000 every month, sent live into your CRM. You pay per lead, with no contract.

A shared lead is a race you pay to lose.
When the same injured worker or accident victim is sold to five firms, most of those firms pay for a case they never sign. Here's how our leads are different.
| Shared lead vendors | NextCase Leads | |
|---|---|---|
| Who else gets the lead | Often sold to several firms | Nobody. Sold to one firm, once. |
| When it reaches you | Batched, sometimes the next day | The second it's submitted |
| Where it lands | Email or a spreadsheet | Straight into your CRM |
| Commitment | Monthly minimums and long contracts are common | Pay per lead, no contract |
| Bad leads | Usually your loss | Replaced free |
| Consent | Not always documented | Recorded on every lead |
From injury to your intake team in seconds.
They ask for help
An injured worker or accident victim finds our ads and completes a short qualifying quiz on their phone.
We qualify and record consent
The quiz screens for the case type, timing, and whether they already have a lawyer, and records their consent to be contacted.
You call first
The lead lands in your CRM immediately, sold to you alone, so your team can call while the person is still on their phone.
Workers' comp, car accidents, or both.
Work with us on one practice area or both. Every lead is exclusive, pre-qualified, and delivered live.
Workers' compensation
People hurt on the job who are looking for help with their claim.
- Injured at work
- No attorney yet
- Consent recorded
Motor vehicle accidents
People injured in a recent crash who want to talk to a lawyer.
- Recent accident
- Injured and treating
- Consent recorded
One crash can be two cases.
When a delivery driver is rear-ended on the clock, that's a workers' comp claim, and the other driver can be liable in a separate car accident claim. Firms that handle both practice areas, or refer between them, don't let that second case slip away.
Your intake team knows who they're calling.
Every lead arrives with the details your team needs to qualify the case on the first call.

Firms keep reordering because the leads sign.
leads delivered to law firms every month, across workers' comp and motor vehicle accidents.
One workers' comp client, one 50-lead batch
9 signed cases from 50 leads, an 18% lead-to-signed rate. The first case covered the cost of the whole batch.
Run the numbers for your firm.
Move the sliders to match your practice. The starting values reflect a workers' comp batch like the client result above.
estimated fees for every dollar spent on leads
These are estimates, not a promise of results. Your sign rate depends on how fast your team calls, your intake process, your market, and the cases themselves. Fees vary by state and case.
Marketing built the way law firms need it.
Consent on every lead
Every person agrees to be contacted about their case when they complete our quiz, and that consent is recorded with the lead.
A flat fee per lead
You pay a fixed advertising fee for each lead. We never take a percentage of your fees or a share of any case.
Exclusive, never resold
Once a lead is yours, it stays yours. It is never sold to another firm, now or later.

Questions firms ask us.
Are the leads really exclusive?
Yes. Each lead is sold to one firm only and is never resold. If you buy it, no other firm receives that person's information from us.
Do you handle workers' comp and car accident leads?
Both. You can buy workers' comp leads, motor vehicle accident leads, or both, and set separate criteria for each.
How are leads delivered?
Leads are sent to your CRM in real time the moment someone completes our quiz. We connect to your system during onboarding so your team can start calling right away.
What counts as a bad lead?
Wrong or disconnected phone numbers, duplicates, and leads that fall outside the criteria we agreed on, such as the wrong state or case type. We replace those free.
How do you keep this compliant with bar rules?
You pay a flat advertising fee per lead, never a percentage of fees or a share of a case, and every lead includes recorded consent to be contacted. Rules differ by state, so we're glad to walk your firm through how the program works so you can confirm it fits your jurisdiction.
Do we have to sign a long-term contract?
No. There's no long-term contract and no monthly minimum. Each batch is its own order, and you decide when to reorder.
How many leads should we start with?
Most firms start with a test batch sized to what their intake team can call quickly. We'll recommend a size on the call based on your team and your market.
What happens on the call?
In 15 minutes we walk through a client case study, your market, and the cost per signed case you can expect. No pressure to buy on the call.
